Our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup is available in Grade A Light, Medium and Dark Amber, and Grade B. The maple syrup is packaged in decorated tins or plastic jugs depending on availability.
- Grade A Light Amber - A delicate maple flavor. Excellent as a topping for desserts. Also called "Fancy."
- Grade A Medium Amber - The mild maple flavor makes it a favorite topping for pancakes; waffles, French toast.
- Grade A Dark Amber - A robust maple flavor. Also used for cooking.
- Grade B - Ideal for cooking or pancakes requiring a heartier flavor.
